Somewhere between lemon cake and lemon sugar cookie. This is a fresh citrus bakery flavour with a slightly smokey vanilla note. Can be a great tool with creams, any lemon bakery or other citrus pastry. Worth experimenting with Cured and Arabian type tobacco flavours as well. Don't be afraid to try this complex flavour as a solo flavour.
