Extra ripe, darkening green honeydew melon. The kind that if you leave it out in the sun, bees will come and land on it to get a taste of the sweet nectar. Wet, full and sweet melon with softened rind and nectar. This is the perfect honeydew to help fill in many of the holes that other honeydew flavours currently have. It is a well balanced and full honeydew flavour with a quality amount of juiciness.
