Creamy pistachio meat after you crack open the shell and suck off the salt. This pistachio is not overly dry at its recommended 2 - 3% but can get drier and distort at high concentrations because it is not sweet as a stand alone. This flavour is a great added dimension for many dairy and savoury blends, including tobacco.
