Reduce the acid perception of your flavour without modifying the pH with AAA Magic Mask. Magic Mask does not buffer the pH, nor alter it but acts at the tongue's receptor level, temporarily reducing the acid perception and improving the overall mouth feel. Not recommended as a single flavour.
